Privacy Policy

How Thrive Rooms collects, uses, and protects information used to operate room reservations.

This application (the “Application”) allows authorized users to reserve meeting rooms within the offices of Thrive Capital Management, LLC (together with its affiliates, “Thrive”).

Information We Collect

To sign in, users authenticate through Google OAuth. The Application may access limited Google account information such as: (1) name, (2) email address, and (3) Google account identifier. The Application may also store reservation information created by users, including meeting room selected, booking date and time, and optional notes entered by the user.

How We Use Information

This information is used only to: (1) verify user identity, (2) allow users to create and manage meeting room reservations, and (3) operate and administer the Application.

Sharing of Information

Information collected by the Application is used solely for internal operational purposes and is not sold or shared with third parties. Reservation information may be accessible to (1) authorized personnel of Thrive who administer office space and meeting rooms, (2) service providers that support the Application, such as IT and security, and (3) as required to comply with law or enforce the Application's Terms of Service.

Google API Data

The Application's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Application does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the functionality of the Application.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Thrive may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
