These Terms of Service govern your use of the “Rooms” application (the “Application”) provided by Thrive Capital Management, LLC (together with its affiliates, “Thrive”). The Application is intended only for authorized employees, contractors, and invited guests associated with Thrive. By using the Application, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the Application
The Application allows authorized users to reserve meeting rooms within Thrive offices.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for legitimate scheduling purposes and not to: (1) misuse or disrupt the Application, (2) attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or reservations belonging to others, (3) interfere with the operation or security of the system, or (4) use the Application for any other unlawful purpose. You agree not to include confidential or sensitive information in any reservation notes.
Account Access and Availability
Access to the Application requires authentication through Google. Users are responsible for activity associated with their account.
The Application is provided for convenience. Thrive does not guarantee that the Application will always be available or error-free and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including for maintenance, security, compliance, or suspected misuse.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the Application.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Thrive, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use or misuse of the Application or your violation of these Terms of Service.
Changes to These Terms
Thrive may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
